1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is successfully completed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and operational considerations.

Once your order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 6–15 business days after order processing.

Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or public closures.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Due to high demand, customs procedures, carrier delays, or supply chain constraints, shipments may occasionally take longer than expected.

Your most accurate estimated delivery timeframe will always be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery

We ship orders using third-party carriers selected at our discretion. Delivery may be made directly to your address or to a nearby pickup point, depending on the carrier and destination.

Carrier policies and service limitations apply once an order is shipped. Merlaux is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

4. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, strikes, security restrictions, extreme weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, system outages, or force majeure events.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be delayed, returned, or lost, and are not eligible for refund.

6. Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to refusal, failure to collect from a pickup point, or incorrect address details, the order will not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Any approved store credit will be issued only after the item is returned and inspected.
